The Black Keys scheduled a special holiday home town show at the Akron Civic Theater.  I made the road trip and on the way saw Left Lane Cruiser in Fort Wayne.

Dan's dad Chuck had a pre show party at his house and invited me to join them.  Dan made a brief appearance with his wife and baby daughter.  Chuck made a sausage and pepper dish that everyone enjoyed.

Jessica Lee Mayfield and Beaten Awake opened.
